Features

  • The app supports 14 languages and displays detailed battery voltage, temperature, current, and capacity data, along with configuration settings.
  • Protection against overcharge, overdischarge, high and low temperatures, overcurrent, and short circuits.
  • Protection activates when a configured threshold is exceeded. Voltage, current, and temperature each support two levels of protection settings.
  • Manual and automatic sleep modes.
  • Activates on first power-up. After entering sleep mode, it can be activated by charging or connecting a load.
  • Supports use with an inverter, without communication between the devices.

Applications

  • Electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and scooters.
  • Small electric tools, including garden tools.
  • Light-duty energy storage, including portable outdoor power systems.

Core Technology

  • Master-Slave Cascaded Architecture

A master controller with multiple slave modules provides segmented management and scalable expansion for large high-voltage battery systems.

  • High-Voltage Platform up to 1000V

Designed to meet the requirements of large-scale energy storage and high-voltage power battery systems.

  • Modular Distributed Management

Each slave module independently manages its battery section for easier system expansion and fault localization.

  • Independent Pre-Charge Control

A dedicated pre-charge relay and resistor reduce inrush current during high-voltage system startup.

  • Real-Time Pre-Charge Detection

Pre-charge status is determined by load-side voltage changes rather than relying only on a fixed time delay.

  • Dual-Side Voltage Detection

Battery total voltage and load-side voltage are monitored simultaneously for improved system status detection.

  • Centralized High-Voltage Circuit Control

The master controller centrally manages pre-charge, charge and discharge relays together with overall system operating logic.

  • Time-Division Balancing and Sampling

Balancing and voltage sampling operate separately to reduce measurement interference caused by balancing current.

  • Hardware-Software Coordinated Protection

Software protection logic works together with high-voltage relay control to enhance system-level protection.

  • Highly Configurable High-Voltage System

Series count, voltage, current, relays, shunts and pre-charge configurations can be tailored to specific project requirements.
