Why Is the Battery Capacity or SOC Percentage Inaccurate?
For first use, complete one full charge-discharge cycle:Discharge to undervoltage protection → Charge to overvoltage protection.The BMS will then automatically calibrate the capacity and SOC for more accurate readings.
What if I have a problem with my BMS?
If your BMS is not working properly, connect it via Bluetooth and send screenshots of the Home and Settings pages. Our technical team will help.If the BMS is confirmed faulty, we provide return, replacement, or purchase credit.
